My favorite!  We walk through old beliefs, "fear" foods, healthy habits and listening to hunger/fullness cues while eating

Off the the grocery store we go..... to develop meal plans, options that are easy and quick to prepare, yet balanced in nutrition and yummy, and to get savvy about brand differences and label-reading
